1. Acceptance. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book a trip.
2. Your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your password safe. You may also create or sign in to your account using Google - the same terms apply either way. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach security or violate these terms.
3. Payment & Booking Policy. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A 50% deposit reserves your seat. Reservations close on the trip's booking deadline, or earlier if it fills up. The remaining balance must be settled in full before the trip — missing that date can forfeit your seat and deposit.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- More than 6 days before departure: 80% refund of the total trip cost.
- 3 to 5 days before departure: 60% refund.
- Less than 42 hours before departure, or a no-show: no refund.
Participant substitution: transfer your booking to another person any time for a 100% refund. You're responsible for finding the replacement; the refund is processed once their registration and full payment are confirmed. Notify us at least 48 hours before departure.
5. Custom Trips. Up to 5 destinations and 14 continuous days per Custom Trip. A 50% deposit is required to finalize a Custom itinerary; the balance is due before the trip.
6. Your responsibilities. Comply with Egyptian law and local customs, arrange your own visas/travel documents, and consider travel insurance. Hotels and transport are run by independent third parties (standard check-in 14:00 / check-out 12:00); you're responsible for damage you cause to property or vehicles.
7. Reviews. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may moderate or remove reviews containing hate speech, profanity, or defamation.
8. Privacy. We collect only what's needed to provide and improve the service. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.
9. Liability & force majeure. To the extent permitted by law, Adrenaline isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from your travel, or for delays/cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; disputes go to binding arbitration in Cairo. We may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes.
